Start good habits Train your delayed gratification mindset with the 99 Habit Success StoriesPick up your copy today by clicking the Buy Now with 1 Click button at the top of this page I’ve read one of Michal Stawicki’s other books and was given advanced access to this book I have since bought a copy99 Habit Success Stories easy to read contains much encouraging advice certainly some applicable to my situation and needs Habits are hard to change But as Michal says “You cannot connect the dots between a habit and success in advance” Reading in 99 Habit Success Stories about the many connections others have seen does help to connect those dotsLearning from other people’s experiences is I think one of the best ways to overcome procrastination and build good habits no matter your goals I really liked the mix of people that Michal and Jeannie chose to highlight in the book – people from all over the world with many different interests and from many time periods too Even so I noticed a number of common themes – getting enough sleep and eating properly for example two of my current concernsNot all these ideas will work for everyone – not for me the rotting fruit or the cold showers But I’ve decided to read and reflect on every one of the 99 entries as part of my morning routine from January 1st And since almost all the 99 Stories include links to further information I expect to find ideas that will work for me
